Terms & Conditions

General

This website is intended to share information about the artist’s work, exhibitions, and practice. It may also provide updates about upcoming events, commissions, and media features. All content is for general information only and may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without notice.

Placing an order

Each ceramic piece I make is one of a kind and made entirely by hand. Because of this, I don’t sell directly through an online shop. If you’d like to purchase a piece, simply click the Enquire Now button on the product page. I’ll reply by email with current availability, pricing, and postage details.

If a piece you’re interested in has already been sold, you’re welcome to reach out via the Contact form — I may have something similar available, or can let you know when new work in that style will be ready.

I also accept custom commissions, whether you’re after a gift, a special bowl, or a set of pieces for your home. Each commission is discussed individually, including materials, size, and timeframe. To begin a commission, please send an enquiry and I’ll be in touch with more information.

Some of my work is also available to view and purchase in person at the Japanese Flea Market in Fremantle, and I regularly take part in exhibitions around Perth and regional Western Australia throughout the year.

Returns & refunds

All ceramic pieces are handmade, and small variations in shape, surface, and glaze are part of the making process. These are not considered faults.

If a piece arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement (if available), or refund.

Because each piece is unique and made by hand, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Custom commissions are also non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

Every effort is made to pack and ship work safely, but ceramics are fragile. If you have concerns about postage or delivery options, please mention this at the time of enquiry so suitable arrangements can be discussed.
